the intention sessions
The Intention Sessions podcast explores our most intentional living. In each episode, your host Adrienne Enns will interview remarkable individuals who will share their authentic journeys and insights with us – reminding us that life’s complexities can be our greatest teachers and that intentional living can manifest in an infinite number of ways.
This podcast inspires us, open our apertures and expands the conversation about what it means to live on purpose. It reminds us that there is no “one” or “right” way to do things.
Life’s not a straight line and we would be wise to pause and enjoy the adventure in every moment.
