Episode 041: Jon Rokochy
CONTENT TRIGGER WARNING: This episode discusses childhood sexual abuse and addiction.
Jon Rokochy created the How to Love an Addict Summit which I had the opportunity to speak at. I immediately knew I wanted to have Jon on the podcast so, he could share all of the wisdom with us. In addition to vulnerably sharing his own experiences with trauma and addiction, we have a thorough conversation about how people who love addicts can support the addict and also live their own most meaningful lives.
With addiction prevalent, everyone involved needs support and coping tools. If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, I encourage you to seek out resources to support you. There is help and recovery is possible.
