listen on
DESCRIPTION
Joining us from Peru, Liz shares her own incredible journey of spiritual awakening. Her experience has led her to deeply explore how we can embody intention. She explores healing through intuitive movement (specifically dance) and shares how she creates this in the world.
She guides us in how we can engage our breath, playfulness and embodied listening. She asks us to be willing to explore, feel our emotions and be open to the fullness of the experience.
She also explores how we can be in our bodies when there’s suffering (whether it’s stress, chronic illness or otherwise). How can we befriend our bodies? She offers us simple tips as to where we can start and how we can integrate movement into our every day.
